There are just three easy steps to book your holiday at Alpshack
1.Check Availability and Price
Consult our online calendar and pricing to ensure the weeks you require are currently available.
2.Complete Booking Request Form
Please enter the lead name contact details and also the names of those in your party, together with any dietary requirements. We also need to ensure that you have read our terms and conditions and ask that you tick the box to confirm this. If you have already made your travel arrangements it would also be useful to enter this information, although not essential at this stage.
3.Confirmation
On receipt of your booking request form we will contact you within one working week to confirm your booking. At this point we will require a deposit of £100 per person. This can be paid by cheque, bank transfer or credit card (Please contact us to make card payment) There will a 2% surcharge if payment is made by credit card. If at the time of booking the start date of your holiday is within six weeks we will require the balance in full (please refer to our terms and conditions)
With regard to your transfer, we will need to know your travel arrangements six weeks before your holiday. We will contact you to confirm your flight details and transfer arrangements at this time. Alternatively if you are travelling by car and need directions we will be pleased to supply you with a local map with directions to the chalet.
